MARION COUNTY

THEATRE RENTAL - $1750

CONFERENCE ROOM RENTAL - $875

NON-MARION COUNTY

THEATRE RENTAL - $2500

CONFERENCE ROOM RENTAL - $1250

      All of our rentals rates include: ​

  • Full use of designated rental space, restrooms, and building entrances

  • ​A dedicated staff member assisting you with any venue needs you may have

  • A designated sound and light technician for the use of house lighting and audio equipment when needed

  • Use of theatre projector and screen

  • Clean-up crew for after your event

  • A unique floor plan made custom for your event

  • Wireless internet

  • Your personalized message in lights on the marquee outside

  • Convenient parking

  • Easy access to the Historic Downtown South Pittsburg filled with boutiques, food, and antique stores

  • A comfortable environment unlike any other around

Important Rental Information

  • Event dates are not secured until a rental contract and deposit have been processed.

  • All events will require a special event insurance policy with a certificate of insurance provided before the day of the event.

  • Rental events are limited to access the facility for only one consecutive timeframe, including set-up, breakdown, and the actual event time.

  • No events may have access to the theatre beyond the allotted rental time frame. If an event goes beyond the allotted time frame, additional fees will be incurred.

  • All events held at the Princess Theatre are under security surveillance. 

  • Rental prices include designated event space, audiovisual service, cleaning service, event manager, WiFi, and set-up assistance.

  • We require in-house audiovisual staff for every event that will require lights or sound, even if you choose to bring your own technician. Rates will remain the same even if you elect to bring your own technicians.

  • Public events with over 50 people may require event security at an additional fee.

  • The Princess Theatre can provide the event with the following furniture for set‐up: 60” round tables, 6’ long tables, and foldable chairs. Tablecloths may be provided at an additional fee. Any other furnishings and decorations must be provided by your organization. Items can only be on the premises on the day of the event during the allotted load-in and event time.

  • All prices are subject to change.

  • Local organizations and community members receive a discounted rate.

  • Events booked on Holidays or Holiday weekends will incur an additional fee.​

  • The use of tape, nails, adhesive, and all other materials on floors, ceilings, walls, and windows is prohibited. Any decorations, artwork, posters, or signage brought in for an event must be displayed in a free‐standing fashion.

  • The Princess Theatre does not provide storage for event materials. All items must be brought in and removed from the premises according to the access and exit times assigned on the official rental contract.
